What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is 100kg of volume weight worldwide with the exception of Miami and New York (JFK). This is approximately 2,000 orchid stems. In Miami and New York we have weekly consolidations therefore there is no minimum order.

How will my orchids be packed?

All orchids will be packed in high quality boxes which are delivered by airfreight. Along with your order we also ship  a copy of your invoice, Packing Lists, air waybill (AWB), Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of origin and Invoice for custom clearance (if required).

What are the payment terms?

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver to any airport that accepts perishable shipments.

When can I receive my flowers?

We ship on daily basis, typically 4 days after receiving your order. The actual time you can expect to receive your order will depend on where you are ordering from.

If you need an order more urgently, we are able to process your urgent order to get your flowers to you quicker.

Are you a grower?

Yes, we both grow and export our own flowers to ensure consistent premium quality products. Please see Our Farms for further information.

What is your refund policy?

If any products on arrival appear to be damaged, please submit a claim to us within 24hrs. Please include the quantity, variety, a description of the damage and photographic evidence in your claim.

We will endeavor to process your claim as quickly as possible and if found justified we will credit your account at the appropriate amount.

What happens if Customs destroys the shipment?

We will cover 100% of the cost of fumigation or destruction.
